How does KEKO compare to Platform of Trust? Seems like both have similar idea

Tommi

08:39
Have You checked the patent clearance on this indoor navigation idea? Or how are existing patents handled in general in KEKO?

Mari/Kone

08:41
I love the idea. I can imagine this works perfectly in Finland where there is ...well, limited number... of people. But how about China? How can you show that this is the road for you and then the one standing next to you should go to the opposite direction?

Risto Kontturi

08:44
I understand there is a Finnish patent for a simple to implement low cost indoor positioning platform which is based on use of Bluetooth beacons - BT-Way Oy if I remember right

We are in Europe quite technology oriented ... in USA the people are more need oriented - the technology is enabler to develop solutions to meet the customer needs. Have You identified and analysed the need portfolio's of a future human being in KEKO-ecosystem ?.

Mari/Kone

09:02
Markku, in Europe engineers are tech oriented - not people. ;)

@Markku: KEKO work started with extensive user studies: interviews and workshops with different stakeholders. Based on that we defined the 100 use cases and further user experience visions for different stakeholders.
